Terms & Conditions

  1. You must allow sufficient booking time for check-in and any possible delays. Peninsula Cars cannot be held liable for missing flights, connections, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e., traffic delays, accidents, severe weather, or break down.
  2. You will be charged a cleaning charge of £80 in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passengers.
  3. Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the vehicle is prohibited.
  4. All children travelling should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight, and
    height. Suitable seats should, wherever possible, be supplied and fitted by the customer.
  5. All luggage is carried entirely at the owner’s risk.
  6. Peninsula Cars does not discriminate against the carriage of passengers with guide/hearing
    or assistant dogs.   7. Peninsula Cars reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time.
